Budget by headcount, or pay for exactly what you use. We describe how each works here and settle the numbers with you, because a figure on a web page is a promise made before anybody knows what you need.
Most teams want a number they can put in a budget and then forget about. Others would rather pay for exactly what they consume and keep the ceiling off entirely. Both are first-class here, and moving between them is a conversation rather than a migration.
You budget by headcount and nothing else. The AI usage, the storage, the connected systems and the processing behind them are all part of the seat price, up to allowances agreed with you in advance. An agreement can carry a minimum number of seats, so the figure stays predictable in a quiet month too.
The total on the invoice is a number you can predict
Allowances are agreed up front, never discovered afterwards, and the ones that refill do it on the first of the month rather than on a rolling window you have to work out
Your administrators are alerted at 50%, 75%, 90% and 100% of each allowance, and can choose whether work pauses at one or carries on with only the extra billed
Your administrators can read or print every invoice in the portal whenever they want
Budget by headcount instead of watching a meter.
For teams whose usage is uneven, or heavy enough that a per-seat price stops making sense. A monthly base covers having the platform, and everything measured on top of it is billed at an agreed rate per unit. Nothing is capped unless you want it to be: an optional monthly spend limit is yours to set.
No allowance to run out when work spikes — and an optional spend limit if you want a ceiling
A quiet month costs less rather than costing the same
Every line is itemized, and your administrators can read or print every invoice in the portal whenever they want
Take on a heavy project without renegotiating anything.
Whichever plan you are on, your administrators hold the controls that change what you can be billed — and nothing about them changes without someone typing their name to accept it.
Wherever usage can add to your bill — on Power Users, or on Standard with overage on — set a dollar ceiling on a month's total, or leave it blank for none. Once a month reaches it, new AI work pauses until the next month or until you raise it. Every change is recorded and every administrator is told.
Your administrators are alerted in the portal as usage passes 50%, 75%, 90% and 100% of each monthly limit, so a ceiling is something you see coming.
Start partway through a month and that month's flat fees — the base fee and per-seat price — cover only the days left in it. Usage is simply what you used.
A generous storage allowance is included every month on either plan — your files, knowledge base and records counted together. Only what you hold beyond it is charged, and each invoice shows how much the allowance covered.
Time our team spends on work for you — setup, training, custom configuration — is billed at a standard hourly rate, itemized on that month's invoice, on either plan. It never counts toward your spend limit.
A partnership, not just a reseller price: managed service providers and IT partners get partner pricing, a console of their own for every organization they run, and the choice of billing each client themselves or through us. You set each client up and run its administration; your clients get InsideAI without having to administer it, and can always see who manages them.
Create a client's organization from your own console, choose how its people sign in and how it is billed, and add its people with their sign-ins in the same few steps. Its knowledge base and AI are ready the moment you finish — no ticket to us, no waiting on anyone.
Your technicians open a client as its administrator and come back again, with a clear marker on every page of whose organization they are in. You choose which technicians reach which clients.
Bill a client under your own agreement at your partner price, or let us bill them directly and see what you earned on a monthly statement. A change to how a client is billed, or to what they pay, is announced ahead and takes effect at the start of a month, so nothing is billed twice.
Set up a client's people, roles, connected systems, API keys, embedding and AI settings yourself, from inside their organization. They never have to approve anything or learn an admin screen — and they can always see who manages them, who from your team has access and what was changed.
The questions that come up once a team has picked a shape, answered before anyone has to ask.
No. A plan decides only how your use is charged. Every feature, every connection and every security rule is the same on both.
Monthly allowances start again on the first of the next month. Allowances for what you hold — storage, connected systems — free up as soon as something is removed. Either way, whoever reaches one is told plainly what ran out and when it comes back, and your administrator can ask us to raise it. Allowances are for your whole organization, never per person. By default work pauses at an allowance; if you would rather it kept going, an administrator can choose in the portal to have the overage billed at Power Users rates instead — only the part past it, so nothing is charged twice.
No. You pay for what you use, so the plan itself never stops work for having used too much of it. If you want a ceiling, your administrators can set an optional monthly spend limit — work pauses only if a month's bill reaches the figure you chose, and leaving it blank means no limit at all.
Yes. Your administrators are alerted as usage passes 50%, 75%, 90% and 100% of each monthly limit, and whenever any billing setting changes.
Your first month's flat fees — the base fee and the per-seat price — are charged only for the rest of that month. Usage is billed as it happens.
Only past a generous monthly allowance that every organization gets, on either plan. Files, knowledge base and records all count toward the same allowance, and your invoice shows on each storage line how much of it was free.
Only Professional Services Hours, if you ask our team to do work for you — setup, training, custom configuration. They are billed at a standard hourly rate, itemized on that month's invoice, whatever your plan.
Your organization's administrators, in the portal. Each invoice is itemized line by line — including what your plan already covers, shown at no charge — and can be printed or saved as a PDF.
Yes. A provider gets partner pricing and its own console, where it creates new client organizations itself, instantly, and each of those organizations can be billed through the provider or by us directly. The provider sets each organization up and runs its administration, and the organization can always see who manages it. Ask us about becoming one.
Yes. Ask us and we change it. Your conversations, knowledge base and connections stay exactly where they are.
Straight answer on where we are: InsideAI is early. It is deployed and doing real work inside real businesses, and we are taking on a few at a time on purpose — every deployment gets a person on it, not a ticket queue.
Tell us what your team runs on and what you would want it to answer. We will be straight with you about what fits today and what is still ahead, and coming in now means real say in what gets built next.
